Lala Kent hinted at some troubling behavior from Jax Taylor after reviewing "Ring [camera] footage" during a difficult time in his relationship with estranged wife Brittany Cartwright. The Vanderpump Rules star revealed that Jax told Brittany if she didn’t "get out" of the relationship, "someone is going to die."
Shortly after Season 1 of The Valley, Brittany separated from Jax. She later filed for divorce but claimed that they would still argue, especially due to shared custody of their son. Brittany accused Jax of several "rage" incidents, including one that happened shortly before the filming of Season 2, when Jax discovered an explicit photo sent to Brittany by her close friend Julian Sensley.

On the Give Them Lala podcast, Brittany was asked if she knew that filming Season 2 with Jax would be difficult.
"Yes, because everything happened just two days before," she said, referring to Jax’s alleged rage incident. "And before that, we had already been separated for about six or seven months. And the entire breakup wasn’t a peaceful one, because that’s when he started going out a lot... so I was in a worse place than usual. So, I knew it was going to be extremely difficult."
Lala added, "I remember when things started getting really bad. You and I were driving... and we were just talking about how you were doing. And you were talking about some Ring footage."

"You were like, 'I can show you,'" Lala continued, as quoted via Instagram account @vanderpodrecaps. "I don’t think you were fully separated yet. You were just toying with the idea. And I told you, 'If you show me, if you all stay together after that, I don’t think I could ever be around him again.' And then, like two days before cameras went up, we were at school, and you showed me a video."
According to Lala, she then told Brittany, "If you don’t get out of this, someone is going to die," and added, "It might be you."
"It was escalating really badly," Brittany said. "And those were two separate incidents. The first Ring footage you’re talking about—there were a lot of fights that led me to move out in the first place."
"A lot of people mess up the timeline... [There was] a lot that happened before the separation," Brittany added. "And it had nothing to do with Julian."
